Please Note:

• This adapter is NOT compatible with Level 1 or Level 2 Alternating Current (AC) chargers, including Tesla Destination Chargers and home chargers with NACS connectors.
• Ford PHEVs are not equipped with Direct Current (DC) Fast Charging and are not compatible.
• Ford plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs) and the Ford Focus Electric do not have access to BlueOval Charge Network and should not order a Fast Charging Adapter.
• Ford Focus Electric Model Year (MY) 2012-2016 is not equipped with DC Fast Charging and is not compatible.

• To Start Charging: Use the FordPass App or the in-vehicle Public Charging App to find designated Tesla Superchargers. App is not included.
• Attach - Attach the adapter to the Tesla Supercharger cord. Push until you hear a click.
• Open - Open your EV charge port door and flip down the dust cap.
• Plug in - Push the adapter into the charge port until it clicks. With Plug & Charge, charging starts automatically.
• To Disconnect the Adapter: Stop charging by pressing the unlock button on the vehicle charge port.
• Release - Remove the adapter from the charge port by pressing the release lever on the top of the adapter.
• Detach - Detach the adapter from the Tesla Supercharger cord by pressing the cable release lever.
