These OEM Chevy bedside rails are the connecting piece to attach the 19434878 Telescoping Rack to your 6.0' truck bed. Once installed, just slide your T-slot accessory into the integrated channel and you are done. These rails allow for full functionality of truck bed covers (Tonneau covers) that attach inside the bed rail. They are not compatible on trucks equipped with tonneau covers already featuring track systems.
